Description

Currently its not possible to disable lease check complete at DocumentNodeStoreService. System property oak.documentMK.disableLeaseCheck only disables some logic in ClusterNodeInfo but lease check wrapper still gets used.

We should modify the logic also avoid wrapping if this property is enabled
