Description

Currently SecondaryStoreCacheService as configuration policy of required. We should remove that requirement and let it get activated with default configuration if any NodeStoreProvider with secondary is registered.

So in default setup this component would not get activated. And for a user to make use of this feature he would only need to configure a NodeStoreProvider with secondary role. And then as per requirement user can tweak the OSGi config to determine which all paths needs to be part of it
