Description

Improvements covered with OAK-4200 require some change in the way MarkSweepGarbageCollector is initialized. The changes were released with Oak version 1.5.6. This task is to update the required changes to SegmentNodeStoreService and the test SegmentDataStoreGCIT.

This also requires changing the Oak version to the latest in oak-segment-tar
