Remove the special in-place upgrade handling from oak-upgrade

    Description

      In case of the in-place upgrade from JCR2 to Oak, the old JCR2 files are moved into crx2 directory (which references the commercial CRX2 implementation). This feature should be removed from the oak-upgrade, as it's specific to the CRX.
