Description

Currently LucenePropertyIndex does not evaluate PropertyRestrictions based on jcr:primaryType. This logic can be relaxed to evaluate this property if user has enabled propertyIndex for jcr:primaryType

If no such config is enabled then anyway logic would not create Lucene query for that
