Description

With the external login module and sync handler, we also need tools to manage those users:

• syncAllUsers - Updates all local user informations based on the external ids
• syncUser - Updates 1 specific local user information
• syncUserList - Updates the local user information for a list of external IDs
• purgeUsers - Removes the local user information for all users no longer present on the IDP
