Description

I'd like to backport the small patch for OAK-1673 to branch 1.0 as, apart from the test coverage, it also contains a small fix to SolrQueryIndex (and configuration) which would be good to have for 1.0 since it fixes a couple of possible parsing errors in full text expressions.
The risk of regressions is very low and it lets more JR2 tests be green.
