[OAK-10854] oak.findOne doesn't find long path documents

Description

oak.findOne method in oak-mongo.js doesn't handle documents with long paths. Returning null if a document is not found.

I'm working to improve this logic, so if the document is not found, it will also have the possibility to check if it is a long path document.
