Description

Since invokedynamic was added to Java, this code in the JsopBuilder class:

StringBuilder buff = new StringBuilder(length + 2);
return buff.append('\"').append(s).append('\"').toString(); 

can be written more simply and more efficiently like this:

 return '\"' + s + '\"';
