tests failures with com.arakelian/docker-junit-rule

    Description

      Tests have started to fail, probably because the ancient version of com.arakelian/docker-junit-rule does not work properly with recent Docker versions.

      A potential fix would be to backport OAK-10464 to the maintenance branch.
