Description

Unmerged branch commits and collision markers are currently cleaned up only on initialization of a DocumentNodeStore.

Consider a periodic task scheduled by active DocumentNodeStore instances that check for unmerged branch commits and collision markers on the root document from inactive clusterIds. These can be removed because those commits can never be merged.
