Description

Cleaning of unmerged branches or collisions in one single update call to MongoDB can block DocumentNodeStore initialization because the call on MongoDB server can conflict repeatedly and is retried many times.

The cleanup should be broken into smaller batches that are easier to digest for MongoDB.
