Add WebGraph classes to the bin/nutch script

    Description

      Currently the webgraph jobs are called on the command line by calling main methods on their classes. I propose to upgrade the bin/nutch shell script to allow calling these jobs as well. This would include the webgraphdb, linkrank, scoreupdater, and nodedumper jobs.
