Minor Description
The file names of configuration files should be configurable by a property to make it possible to select another file without the need to repackage Nutch. For example this is achieved by the properties: urlnormalizer.regex.file or urlfilter.regex.file.
Also the file name for the index writer (default: index-writers.xml) and exchanges configuration (default: exchanges.xml) should be configurable.
