Description

This one includes:

1. Creation of lib-rabbitmq for common functionalities (publish-rabbitmq and indexer-rabbit).
2. Update of the RabbitMQ's library version.
3. Headers selection from NutchDocument's fields (for indexer-rabbit).
4. Optional binding.
5. A single or multiple documents into each message.
6. Options for the creation of exchange, queue and binding.
7. Simplify the configuration options.
