Description

Right now the Docker container at https://github.com/apache/nutch/blob/25e879afc9c48981e3daccb055b5389799fae464/docker/Dockerfile is broken.
Various links need updated. The base image could be updated to Ubuntu 16. Nutch is no longer held within SVN, etc.
Needs a bit of time put into resolving these issues.
