[NUTCH-2135] Ant Eclipse build does not include protocol-interactiveselenium

Description

target eclipse in the build.xml file does not include protocol-interactiveselenium so while importing the project into eclipse, it does not add that folder.
On adding that to the build file, I found that eclipse throws errors as the package naming in classes belonging to the org.apache.nutch.protocol.interactiveselenium.handlers is incomplete.
Have made both those changes in this PR.
