[NUTCH-1432] property storage.schema does not work anymore, should be storage.schema.webpage and storage.schema.host

Description

Since the addition of the host table, the property storage.schema in nutch-default.xml does not work anymore. It should be storage.schema.webpage and storage.schema.host. Thanks Tianwei Sheng for reporting.
