    Description

currently vsinstaller plugin looks for My Document under ${HOME}, however it is not necessary "My Document" is always under ${HOME} directory. It is configurable by user. My company put it somewhere else so that It can be backed up.

Because of that, I have to

      1. manually create ${HOME}/My Document,
      2. copy over the VSStudio's files from the real My Document to the fake one,
      3. run the vsinstaller, which will populate VSStudio's Addon to the fake directory
      4. Copy over the generated AddOn directory to the real one
