Description

When Adding Maven Artifact where the solution/project doesn't have a POM, a dialog will prompt you to create one first. It is misleading that it has a "No" option since Add Maven Artifact always require a POM. So options should either be "Ok" to proceed creating a POM first or just "Cancel" the adding of artifact — remove "No" option
