Description

In a previous commit we updated to the latest version of H2 which is 1.4.199 (we had 1.4.196).

I noticed during start up that the logs show a warning about how this version is newer than what Flyway knows about, and Flyway has not tested with this version.

We should use the latest version supported by Flyway which is 1.4.197.
