Handle error in LDAP sync background thread

    Description

      If an exception is thrown during ldap user group sync, the background thread that periodically syncs users and groups dies and syncing is stoped until the NiFi Registry service is restarted.

      Also, logging can be improved in the UserGroupProvider to move some warn messages to debug and add more debug logging.
