[NIFI-9966] Failure to load large (>50MB) flowfiles from git

Description

As reported by my colleagues in carrefour, the registry lets you save a flow file which size is over 50MB; however the registry fails to load the file back, resulting in incomplete flows.

Note: DO not use the .patch file submitted here. It has been modified not to contain a 60MB file for the unit test.
