Description
The particular concern this ticket addresses is to make it easier to identify which row is selected/highlighted after adding a new Controller Service to your configuration. This change would also make it easier to identify which row is selected when navigating a table with the keyboard, and fulfill the WCAG 2.1 success criteria "Ensuring that additional visual cues are available when text color differences are used to convey information".
As you can see below, it is nearly or actually impossible for users with color contrast insensitivity (particularly a complete lack of color vision) to distinguish which row is currently highlighted.
