Description

This is an issue that was introduced in 1.16.0-SNAPSHOT and does not affect any released version of NiFi.

When restarting NiFi, any controller-level controller service (aka Reporting Task Controller Service) has its properties reset to the default values. Additionally, any Reporting Tasks that have sensitive properties set become invalid.
