    Description

The following error output shows intermittent failures related to the SetSNMPIntegrationTest class. The BindException indicates another process is using the same port, which could mean that the test is not checking for an available port, or a previous test did not close a socket correctly.

      Error: Tests run: 3, Failures: 1, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 0.099 s <<< FAILURE! - in org.apache.nifi.snmp.processors.SetSNMPIntegrationTest
      Error: SetSNMPIntegrationTest.testSnmpSet Time elapsed: 0.003 s <<< FAILURE!
      org.opentest4j.MultipleFailuresError:
      Multiple Failures (2 failures)
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.net.BindException: Address already in use (Bind failed)
      	java.lang.NullPointerException: <no message>
