Description

The nifi-framework-api module includes a dependency on nifi-security-utils, which was introduced as a result of changes in ~~NIFI-7680~~. The nifi-framework-api module does not have any direct usage of components from nifi-security-utils, and with recent refactoring, there should be no need to include this dependency.
