Description

NIFI-2892 introduced the ConsumeKinesisStream procedure, but the version of the KCL used was restricted to 1.13.3 by KCL-796. That appears to have been addressed in KCL version 1.14.4, so we could upgrade the nifi use of the KCL to the latest 1.x and retest.

Can't migrate to 2.x until the AWS SDK used by nifi is upgraded to v2 (separate tickets open for those)
