Description

In the Docker NiFi image utilization:

1. the "minimum" setup run the image in the background, without explaining how to get the automatically generated credentials.
2. the setup with specifying a password omits mentioning the security policy (12 chars min) so if running with admin/admin for example, a new password will be generated in the background (again, without further notice)

Those details should be mentioned in the README for the sake of clarity and usability
