[NIFI-9335] When converting a NiFi Record to an Avro Record, default values in schema are not applied

Description

If we use an Avro Record Writer and specify an explicit schema (via schema registry, schema text, etc.) and that schema has a default value for a field, the produced Avro object does not have the value but instead has a null value.
