Description

The QueryNiFi reporting task does not keep track of state which is problematic. If I've configured my reporting task to run every minute with:

SELECT * FROM BULLETINS

Since the bulletins are available for 5 minutes in NiFi, I'll have up to 5 occurrences of each bulletin sent to whatever sink is configured.

Some kind of state should be tracked for both provenance data and bulletins.
