Description

Currently when there is an issue during start-up the script will either fail or silently hang for almost every issues. It would be much preferable from an end-user stand point to have some feedback in the UI so that users don't have to drudge through the app-logs to figure out what happened.

This could range from critical errors where it could just say "A serious error has prevent NiFi from starting up please check the app-logs" to a pop-up saying "The following nar files failed to load and will be they will be unavailable unless fixed: ... " while retaining other functionality.
