Description

NIFI-7198 enables TLS support for the RedisConnectionPoolService, but the RedisStateProvider still does not have TLS support because the SSL context service is not accessible in the state provider.  The fix should be fairly straightforward, refactoring the properties in RedisUtils and allowing the SSL context service properties to be captured and propagated to the state provider separately.
