[NIFI-8150] Change "Download flow" context menu selection for PGs to "Download flow definition"

Description

The current text that says "Download flow" is very ambiguous.  Changing to "Download flow definition" will better alert the user that the action downloads:

A JSON file that is a flow definition of the process group and not to be confused with a template, flow.xml.gz or a versioned flow. 

Should update the docs for accordingly.
