[NIFI-7760] UnpackContent failing on "Invalid permission numerals"

Description

A community user ran into an issue with UnpackContent in NiFi 1.12.0 that did not occur in 1.11.4. Files going through UnpackContent now may generate an error on "Invalid permission numerals", perhaps even if the file mode on the files is legitimate (0744 for example).

This check was added via NIFI-6128, a unit test should be added to reproduce the issue alongside any fix.
