Use V2 notification messages in Atlas reporting task

    Description

      Currently the Referenceable based V1 notification messages are used, coming from version 0.8.1 but still supported in 2.0.0.

      After upgrading to 2.0.0 (NIFI-6939) we can upgrade to the V2 style notification messages.
