Description

To reproduce:

• Create a Controller Service.
• Create a Parameter Context.
• Update Controller Service to reference a Parameter in the Parameter Context.
• Enable Controller Service.
• Create a Processor that references the Controller Service.
• Start Processor.
• Update the referenced Parameter.

This should result in the Processor being stopped and then restarted. However, currently, the Processor is not identified as an Affected Component and is therefore not restarted.
