[NIFI-670] Copying and pasting a processor using a controller service generates copies of the controller service

Description

I created a ListenHTTP processor utilizing an SSL Context Controller Service.

When selecting this processor and copying and pasting it via the UI, the copy of the processor is marked as invalid because it references a Controller Service that is disabled. Looking at the Controller Service configurations, a second controller service with all the same properties and configuration has been generated but is not enabled.
