Description
The ConsumeAzureEventHub, GetAzureEventHub and PutAzureEventHub processors should be upgraded to a newer version of the Azure Client and support AMQP over Websockets which can use a proxy with basic authentication as described in here: https://github.com/Azure/azure-event-hubs-java/releases/tag/1.2.0
