[NIFI-6111] View Status History not showing proper values for cluster aggregate values

Description

When looking at the Status History, there appear to be 3 conditions in which the cluster aggregate value is incorrect: Values of any counter, the value of the Average Task Duration, and generally the last point on the graph (almost always the value at the end of the graph drops near the bottom of the graph).
