Add SMTP Username and Password Support to PutEmail Processor

    Description

      It would be beneficial to be able to supply a username and password to the PutEmail processor in order to be able to send emails to SMTP servers that require authentication (such as AWS Simple Email Service, SES). Both should have required = false, while the password should also have sensitive = true.
