[NIFI-2983] EncryptContent PGP mode can't handle signed encrypted files

Description

The EncryptContent processor can't handle signed and encrypted PGP files - just encrypted files work absolutely fine.

The error returned when an additionally signed file is (think it comes from bouncycastle):

"encrypted message contains signed message - not literal data"
