[NIFI-2883] "Additional details" are not being displayed in the documentation for the PublishKafka_0_10 and ConsumeKafka_0_10 processors

Description

Even though the additionalDetails.html files exist for these processors, that information is not being displayed in the docs. Appears to be due to the directory holding the html files not matching the processor name.

For example,

nifi-kafka-0-10-processors/src/main/resources/docs/org.apache.nifi.processors.kafka.pubsub.ConsumeKafka

should be:

nifi-kafka-0-10-processors/src/main/resources/docs/org.apache.nifi.processors.kafka.pubsub.ConsumeKafka_0_10
