Description

Steps to reproduce:

Open policy pane for a component
attempt to add a user to a policy (open the "search users" pane)
hit escape
open "search users" pane again
see that it no longer autocompletes
(no errors in console)

If you close out of the policy window and then re-enter it, auto-complete works again.
