[NIFI-2083] When configuring processors, border around drop-down menus not aligned properly

Description

Select the "Scheduling strategy" drop-down when configuring a processor. As shown in the attached screenshot, the border on the right is not aligned properly. Looks to off by a pixel.

Same issue with "Bulletin level" drop-down
