Description

I've seen failures in the MonitorMemory unit tests in tickets that are completely unrelated to MonitorMemory. For example, these PutTCP builds: https://travis-ci.org/apache/nifi/builds/139104774

The MonitorMemory unit tests should be changed to be more consistent.
