[NIFI-1957] Modal dialogs do not handle browser window resize

Description

When the processor configuration dialog is open and the browser window is resized, the dialog does not move or resize to fit in the new visible canvas. In master (1.0) branch, the processor component is also truncated after resizing the window, and refreshing the UI does not fix this issue. See screenshots attached.

This is reported on Mac OS X 10.11.4 using Google Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit) and Safari Version 9.1 (11601.5.17.1).
