Description

• Remove user role management REST endpoints.
• Remove user role management UI.
• Remove new user account creation.
• Remove user account revocation.
• Remove user account/role cache databases.

• Update REST endpoints according to Authorizer design.
• Update UI with new REST endpoints

After this JIRA has been applied but before NIFI-1554 the application will no longer be performing access checks. NIFI-1554 will introduce the new access checks using the Authorizer.
