UI - Empty Queue Message

    Description

      When a queue has FlowFiles that are actively being processed by the downstream component, they cannot be cleared. When there are no other FlowFiles in the queue, the message states that the queue has no FlowFiles which is inconsistent with the queue label on the connection because it also includes those that are actively being processed. The error message should reflect this case.
