Recent updates to several dependencies highlighted license compliance issues with the inclusion of LGPL 2:

• FindBugs Annotations in nifi-opentelemetry-processors through jackson-datatype-protobuf
• Hibernate Commons Annotations and Hibernate Core in nifi-registry-framework
